Card Box DIY Projects Completed: Card box & Wedding Shoes

Cat gave me this idea when we had tea the other day – making a box to hold gifts that are in the form of check-heavy envelopes. Sometimes guests skip the registry altogether and opt for cash & check. I support that plan. And, I made a really pretty box for it out of World Market wrapping paper, ribbon from Michaels (that matches the bridesmaids dresses), and a Be-Jeweler borrowed from my future Mother-in-Law. This is the result, in all its Gaudy Glory. The aunts will probably hate it. icon biggrin DIY Projects Completed: Card box & Wedding Shoes

And, using the highly toxic cancer-causing E6000 glue, I made my wedding shoes Paisley Perfect. Seriously, use this glue outside only.
